I used to hate Ribbon Road and all levels on Gba. I can't believe I actually enjoyed playing on this ! Lol . I personally think Wii is much better because I am excellent at it! Anybody want my friend code. Ask me and we will Trade

i'm playing this on my phone (emulator), and sometimes i just turn and turn (oversteer every single time), and other times i can play just fine. is this part of the game, or just me randomly doing the right stuff sometimes? for example, when steering, should you still hold down acceleration?
haha, sorry for the vague questions, but i just loved this game as a kid, and i'd love to be able to play it again.

man i loved beating that game, specially w/ peach, she's like the best controllable player, did anyone know that when ur choosing grand pri, time trials, and quick runs, that if u press select on time trials and quick run u can turn of ghosts and items?

I love the GBA version far more than all the 3D versions except 64,64 is the only 3D version that had style and substance.
Double Dash had great tracks but a weak single player and horrid controls
DS had screwy controls,bad graphics,lackluster tracks,and bad music
Wii was better than the former two but it was plagued by item harrassment,extreme easiness,bad msuic,and bad multiplayer
SNES,64,and GBA weren't watered down for 4 year olds,good single and multiplayer, and they weren't tacky
