I am going to hate answering these questions as and when I apply. It sounds pointless and a waste of time. The nearest centre to me is quite some way away, I should've got one earlier, despite, to this day, having no plans to travel in the next year.

@nintendolad It wont apply to everyove having an interview if they do the checks and they come back absoulutely fine i should not worry about this so much! My aunt has just got her first passport her husband and her 4 kids! and no interview what so ever..

Sure,

They ask questions like

what bank are you with how long you been with them whats ya sort code account number, tell me ya mothers middle name what town you born in, what hospital

then they do a credit check on you (god knows why) its not like im applying a credit card lol.

then they will also say who lives in your address before you (electric rolls) or voting cards ([pointless..lol)

and yea, ya vid is the same (more or less!)

went through the interview

it says its 30 min.. but i was in and out in less than 10 min even the woman at the desk was surprised lol...

passport arrived 2 days later.

i think British citizens should not have to go to these interviews its bollocks.. just show them your national insurance number card job seekers books? if your on JSA... a wage slips etc isn't that proof your a British enough? lol
