It is a unit of guitarist "H.Kinoshita" and "N.Watanabe" of Japanese tribute band "TONS OF SOBS" of FREE. The name of this unit is "奏 -sou-", and this is live broadcasting of December 7, 2009.
I know I've heard this band before or their style in some other band. but it's a little metal with a rock band sound like Heart mixed with santana like percussions with jazz . cool band. sorry if my comparison is offensive. I dont mean its like that to you or you dont have a broader sense of this music. Y&T also comes to mind. lol Y&T mixed with Santana and a slight haunting Robert Smith (yeah i went there) voice.
That blew my away! The intro was very nice and subtle, loved the keyboards instead of the vocals. Then, at 3:34, well, it just blew my mind. Fantastic. Had there been real acoustic drums, and the hammond in the background from 4:20 and all they way out, this would have been almost better than Camel's version(s)! If my ears aren't deceiving me, this very much inspired by the version on "Never Let Go". Awesome job, guys!
