The IDEX Fellowship in Social Enterprise is a unique, early entry, professional development program for recent college graduates interested in the field of social enterprise. Managed by Oglethorpe University with support from Gray Matters Capital of Atlanta, fellows are placed in Hyderabad, India and work alongside social enterprise leaders who serve low-income communities to develop a blue print for change. Fellows then execute that practical plan within the enterprise. The combination of ideas and execution is transformational for both the enterprise and the fellow.
