Subs actually sound clean. The camera cannot handle the sound so it sounds bad.

@kzalldaz its the camera distorting. dayton audio subs are some of the best you can get

@funnyface680 Good move. I don't know why some subs sound plunky. I know for sure it's caused by either a whole in the enclosure or a broken coil, but some subs out there sound plunky on their own.

Ughghrrreyy. Good god I HATE it when subs sound plunky. If it doesn't hit the note and is not smooth, get another enclosure or throw it out. Fuck.

damn, that must be annoying! when i took a vid of the 12" sub and amp i borrowed from a friend, i forgot i had taken the memory card out of the camera, and it took me AGES to get it to my computer via the USB cable!!! then what do i do, take the video down from youtube LOL hahahaha

@kzalldaz I have, A while ago. I now have a 1.5 cubic foot box L ported to 33 HZ

Yes, you do the reason why is because the factory box is poorly made and the built in amp is missing some screws. But now its in a 3/4 MDF tuned to 30 hz with 1.4 cubic foot
