global warming? what a load of liberal crap! what happened to the "ice age?" The earth was covered with ice and it melted because it got warm. Duh! Ask Al Gore how much electricity he uses at HIS house.

What that carbon lags behind solar output... seriously, that`s been only the case for the previous decades before 1940`s. Explain to me why CO2 begins to raise, and sun activity drops from 1940 and onwards!
I suggest to watch greenman3610`s profile. That may get you a little better informed.

I agree with
st4ticblu3, this is nothing more than propaganda for global warming hysteria. Recently Obama went on record praising Brazil's approach to "breaking the oil monopoly" through use of flex-fuel cars. No-one thought to call him on HOW they did it - by BURNING DOWN THE AMAZON RAINFORESTS and planting biofuel crops in their place. Global warming as touted by politicians is a SCAM. Google for British Antarctic Survey + global warming report to start your self-education in the truth.

The industry farms actually do contribute a sizeable amount to emissions... believe it or not.

Cow farms produce a ton of methane. Methane is worse for global warming/climate change than Carbon (26x worse, actually). Most of the methane is actually produced by belching, not farting. So actually, they want to tax cow farts and burps. Go ahead, giggle, I'll wait. A cow produces as much greenhouse gas in a day as the average car. Farts are funny, sure. But this is actually a serious problem. Climate change will destroy many major cities and start wars for drinking water in much of the world.

No. It's all BS so they can charge a carbon tax that we will all get to pay for. Carbon tax covers everything. They even want to tax cattle farmers for the methane in cow farts. Yea, they want to tax cow farts. One more time, cow farts.

US companies have recently outsourced 22,000 green jobs to India. Whats Obama have to say about that.
I like this video. Except that we *should* turn down the thermostats too. If it makes sense to add more insulation to buildings, it makes even more sense to add more insulation to bodies. With modern clothing, people can survive in the coldest places on Earth. Even with Stone Age clothing, the Inuit managed to live in the high Arctic for thousands of years.

The ideal is great. I find the method of advertising here embarrassing: "Unless you've got a problem with creating jobs... It's time to get real". It's a nice ploy for the emotional masses.... tap their emotions with simple rhetoric. It's a great campaign for people who want to make someone else change instead of being the change themselves....which is to say most Americans today.
