Thank you so much! I've always been wondering about when I could eat the unhealthy foods while being mostly healthy. Should I have a little sugar every day, once a week, once a month or never. But this seems just right. And I've also experienced this myself in the past. Eating leftovers from a birthday party several days in a row ruined my healthy eating before, while having it just on saturday evenings didn't. So this was most helpful. :)
