It sounds like she's saying she's from one of the bloodlines in the illuminati . Because they are only half human, the bloodline goes back to the fallen angels, they are reptillian and need human blood to control keeping their human form. The sacrifices are two fold. They offer people to demons and of course lie to their victims about be hurt. They want the adrenalin and obtain it through long horrifying torture of their victim.
