I really need to get out there, one of these days. The terrain certainly reminds me of some parts of US 101 along the Central Coast region of California.

Spanish freeways seem to have a lot of similar design-standards to American freeways, and more so than say, British, German or French motorways. Certainly the signage stands out as one of the similarities.

I was really surprised to see the transition from A-44 to A-32 on the top of the overpass as nothing more than a roundabout!

Yep, the transition from (A-44) to (A-32) is one roundabout, is the cheapest solution.

The installation of roundabout is very common in highways of little use, as the (A-32).

On some roads there are too many stop signs.

Rail transport this one very developed in Spain and this influences the transport by road (fewer trucks), Also we are far from the big cities, the result little traffic on a working day.
