This is the 2009 Prudential TV Spot Ad. Online Seller Advantage is one of the unique marketing tools offered by Prudential. It provides a unique Yahoo ID for the listing so that buyers can search the property directly on yahoo, i.e. PRU9A3J6 for my listing on Mesquite. (Go to www.yahoo.com and type in PRU9A3J6).

Sellers will get a daily or weekly report that shows how many times the listing has been viewed on the internet and the neighborhood updates.
