the third floor was closed off, but the second an 1st bowls where open an add all the ppl on the floor. dont think it was a packed house but theres no way the 3erd bowl holds 13,000 ppl. so between the floor seats 1st an second bowl had to be more then 6,500

actually thats wrong. first of all the capacity at scotiabank place is 19,000. the third level was completely closed off and about 1/4 of the entire thing. the attendence was about 6,500, we asked an usher.
