See more Outlook 2007 demos at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/FX100485311033.aspx This demo shows you three ways to share your calendar in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. If your company uses Microsoft Exchange Server, you can share your calendar within the organization by using that feature. You can also send a snapshot of your calendar in e-mail to people outside your company. And you can publish your calendar on the Microsoft Office Online Web site and restrict how much detail is shown and who can access it.
Easy-to-follow instructions. Well done.

I personally use CodeTwo Public Folders to share Outlook calendar. It also allows sharing mail, tasks, documents and many more - just like Exchange.
