Out of the two videos I've watched from you, you use product placement. Sponsorship?

I have a quick question for you. I have a couple of videos like 2 or 3 that have songs that are not mine. Could I just put them on private instead of deleting them and still apply to be a partner or would I have to delete them? thanks. -Pedro.

Hey I commented on another one of your videos already, but I checked this one out and want to make some changes, I guess. I make videos with nothing at all copyrighted, and by my standards, they are all nice videos and helpful (which is the intention for most). They all generally follow you guidelines, too. None are over 4 minutes and all are pretty interesting. Could you maybe give me a shoutout sometime, so that some of you quality subscribers might come to my channel? Thanks!

When is music copyrighted?
Great info. However, I have applied over 5 times and still haven't been accepted. They say I don't have enough original new content that represents the uniqueness of the community. However I have subscribers like ShaneDawson and VenetianPrincess who are really impressed with my videos. I have seen people with less subs and views get accepted easily while my content just isn't "good enough" :( Any advice for me?

You know I'm not really sure to be honest. Your content appears original enough from what I can tell. Although I did notice you used some copyrighted material, like the Miley Cyrus thing. I'd try to avoid using anything that belongs to anyone else.

Actually, the instrumentals I use for all of my parodies are remakes and not the original backing tracks. So that would clear them from being copyrighted. I don't know either, but oh well, lol.

They're still copyrighted because not only is the original audio copyrighted, but the song writing itself is copyrighted. Many artists don't even attempt covers because they have to pay royalties to the original song writers.

Hey you already are! I'm surprised YouTube hasn't done anything with your channel. All I can say is keep racking up the subscribers and viewers, and hopefully it'll finally get their attention. I was getting anywhere between 100 to 200 views daily when they approached me. You're doing everything right, apart from the Ask a Superhero stuff (which I absolutely LOVE... but it has copyrighted content unfortuately.) I'd upload those videos on a different channel perhaps. That might do the trick!
