This is Paul's lead part. I tuned down pretty low because after those intro licks, I'd swear I hear him hitting that really low note (the beat right before "It was 20 years ago...").

  • Did you use tab to learn this, or work it out yourself? If tab, where can I find it? If you worked it out, you are even more awesome.

  • @busterovertonkuku Sorry, I just play by ear.

  • @Parkyy16 It's funny how people my age see it as a James Burton guitar, but people younger than me see it as a Brad Paisley guitar.

  • @The8347135 Uhm...did you forget to search my channel?

  • i must have the guitar your playing

  • i like this guitar and vd ¡¡¡

  • con que tipo de guitarra se grabo esta hermosa cancion?

  • @smasherhits Yes, I have both those books (and dozens of other Beatles books!). I know Andy Babiuk from my days buying axes at the House of Guitars in Rochester, NY. He was one of the floor salesman (and maybe he still is, I haven't been there for a few years).

  • @privettricker I'd like to reccommend a really excellent book you may or may not already have Privettricker..Its called "Beatles Gear" and its by Andy Babiuk (a member of the Chesterfield Kings)..Its one of my fav Beatles Books..It goes into detail about every single instrument they ever used..Also check out The Beatles Recording Sessions" by Mark Lewisohn..I'm just going by memory here but I think Macca also played some Rythym and Lead parts on an Epiphone Casino during the Pepper sessions

  • @MadSpectro7 Actually, Paul played the lead fills on a Fender Esquire. You can see some decent pix of him during the Pepper sessions if you search Google images for mccartney fender esquire.

  • @privettricker I didn't think a Fender wouldn't sound right.

  • @MadSpectro7 Why were you worried?
