This is an interesting find. I got into the raveonettes through this song, then I found out they re-released it in their "Lust" album. But this older version is featured on the album "Warm and Scratchy." Some differences are: a different intro and different choirs, but a lot is still the same. The style of playing has changed, some of the solos, and I think they changed the key. None of the lyrics have changed.

Warm and Scratchy was an album released in 2007 by Adult Swim. To promote bands, they release albums like this that have various artists on it. This album and many others are downloadable (some for free, this one was) at adultswim.com

thanks for the info on where to find this verson i heard this verson first befor the new album came out i like it alot but the album verson is more dramatic & it fits the rest of the songs on it.
