I never got he privilage of hand-me-downs being an only child. But daughter is sure going to get them! I'd like to think that I buy super cool clothes for my older one though.... that could be old lady delusion, couldn't it? I mean, are moms ever really cool?

The Scirocco was a great car and had way more room than the Fiero:-) My first car was a 65 Chrysler Newport, it drove like a portable living room. Its not the car we fell in love with, its the freedom!

POS, I feel badly that you had hand me downs from your sisters. Yeah, you know all too well how I felt!
I had to wear 3 freakin pair of saddle oxford shoes! I hated them with a passion! Those stupid shoes never wore out!
I mean, who wore those kinds of shoes in the 70's?

Ty for letting us know. I was the youngest with two older brothers but no one got away with anything in our house. My best GF was a tom boy but I was just the opposite. I had been thinking of doing a video on that myself recently now you inspired me to. Have fun!

Well, I should have said it fit 2 ppl and a half person. LOL
It was a 1981 VW Scriocco. I loved that car!!!!
What is it about our first cars that we love so much? Like no other that comes after?
I must admit, my Jeep comes pretty close though. ;0)
