There are striking similarities between the Nixon presidency and the Obama presidency. Nixon won his the presidency on a campaign of stopping the Viet Nam war, Obama won his on the campaign of changing Bush policies and ending the Afgan and Iraq wars. Not only didn't they fail to end the wars, they expanded them. I feel if we don't stop the path we are on politically, we are doomed to repeat the past mistakes made.
