Thanks for the info. Midwest girl and cooked pheasant for years live in Florida now and hubs bragged he can cook pheashant to a friend who now is having us over to do so. He hunted them and had no idea how to cook them. I needed a refresher course because I ll give the man all the glory but guess who really had to buy indgrediants and instruct lol.

@nintendo09 Pheasant is honstly alot like pork to me. But alot healthier and leaner. Not near as much fat and impurities. The meat is darker than pork. But to me it tastes more like pork than beef or chicken. It does have a strong flavor if not seasoned correctly. Any other questions lemme know. Just message me

You have to heat the olive oil and then put in the meat, otherwise the meat absorbs the oil and becomes soggy.
