callan method is very good but learning conversation . spelling less. Emphasis on conversation and less on the spelling  so is not good for all

It would be good if at least sts could give their own answers, but the teacher doesn't let them, I can get this method encourages automatism, but when he asked 'How often do you come here?' I come here 5 times a week. (but the teacher said 5 and times...and the student just repeated...he didn't think, he didn't use his brain.

the teacher really impressed me with the way he taught. the topics also makes interest to the stu.

each stu. have their own taste to learn and to understand.

This chap is an expert teacher of the Callan method. I've been an Engish teacher for about 5 years and have recently introduced to teaching Callan. At first, I was really surprised at the lack of pictures, vocab boxes or other stuff seen in other books, but I saw the effectivity of this when my girlfriend started this method (from scratch) and in 6 months she was able to understand and use basic English.
