The case law states that you can't make a doctor into a newspaper delivery boy and you can't make a lawyer shepardize a case. So that can't make me go from a long haul truck driver making $83,000 do a cashier. That's the federal law, the government is saying the need the money for the war, I say never do a dangerous job for this country

because when you get hurt, the cowards don't help you, they do everything to destroy your life. The judges, lawyers, and doctors and government are all involved in this corrupt penny piching game.

Thanks, and I went to the site and what a wonderful story. I think I have received more help too, because a federal investigator came out to my house and asked me what was going on. I told him and so now I should get my social security and therefore will get Medicare or Medicaid. I need prolo therapy and back surgery but that's $500,000 dollars. But at least I might get $1,500 dollars a month from social security since that is what I put into that program.

Can't believe it's been five years and I was denied social security by a conservative judge. The law states if you can't do the same work you are entited to ss, however they say if you can move your arms you should work as a cashier. I feel like a crack egg.

there is a statute of limitations issue here, unless you have already filed something. Did you apply for Medicare or Medicaid? try that and get some medical help..some at least.

why cant the american government take sum of the taxes and put it into heathcare like in canada. If they did that then there would be a heathcare system for people who need it, for people who dont have workers comp, or anything like that through their work. When is the American gov. gonna learn that people would pay higher taxes if it means free healthcare
