Why are people criticizing this car like it wouldn't give them swag? lol.

The new BMW 6-Series Convertible can be obtained with two engine variants from launch. The eight-cylinder powerplant within the BMW 650i Convertible produces 300 kW/407 hp, while a unique variant from the six-cylinder in-line engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo, direct injection and VALVETRONIC -producing 235 kW/320 hp – continues to be produced for the BMW 640i Convertible

@willzer808 No problem

@derektheproducer yep he certainly does, and I should have said the poo thing, primarily because Lexus cars are actually excellent. Apologies. I don't like them personally, but I know objectively speaking they are great cars

@willzer808 Hey, I'm not trying to fight with you, but you responded to 2011TOMCAT with "Lexus = Poo" after he said he liked the Lexus IS350C better than the 2012 6 series... Doesn't he have the same right you have?

@willzer808 You sat in a "1990 Lexus 400" LOL! You are talking about a car 21 years old..? Ok... You have your right to like what you want, but be realistic when making comparisons.1990 is the first year Lexus came out.. I'm pretty sure BMW wasn't the most perfect car the first year neither..

@derektheproducer i sat into a 1990 lexus 400 two days ago. It had blue seats, with darker blue piped lining, and blue doors, with a lighter blue carpet style base. It looked bloody awful. What they were trying to do was give it the interior of a classic roller, but it really looked putrid. Japanese cars should try to model themselves on classics. Because that's silly, and can look fantastically awful. If a lexus outlasts a BMW or Merc, fair enough, fair dues to it, but I still don't like them
It looks fantastic compared to the old one. Then again, a genital wart looks fantastic when compared to the old 6-series. I do think the new one is good looking, but not as good looking as the Audi A5.

Super mediocre. It looks way too linear, and definitely not on par with the design advancements seen in the recent generation of the 5-series. There's very little definition to the body's surfacing. It seems very... conservative. I think BMW's holding back a little bit on their potential. They could have done a lot more.
