Hello! Have you ever tried - Supreme Panic Magic (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister Got rid the anxiety problem with it.
Take deep slow breaths and not fast rapid breaths! If you already feel the tingling and numbness in ANY part of your body that means you are hyperventilating! Take a paper bag and breathe in and out of it slowly....do it about six to eight times and just relax and breathe slowly but deep! Eventually your heart will slow down and you will be just fine! The worst that will happen if you panic even more is that you will faint and your system reboots again...its scary but dont worry, you wont die!
