David Allen - Ability to Bring ADA Lawsuit

A wheelchair bound customer went into Pier 1 Imports to do some shopping. After leaving the store the customer sued the store under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The customer said there were barriers which prevented someone in a wheelchair from easily getting around the store. The store argued he was able to do his shopping, he was without any harm, and should be prevented from suing.
