Well, NASA just decided not to add 700 pounds of equipment so they can carry more stuff to fix the international space stattion and satallites. Also, only .2% of planes don't have cummunication radios contact with control tower. Even paragliders have coummunication radios. No use in blinking light there then.

i don't see any blinking lights... is there some funky rule that there are no flashy lights in space? piss off the aliens?
