The 12" version is very good, but this one makes me want to break down and cry. Beautiful.

I totally agree that this is the definitive transition track, because it makes the move into high-tempo electro pop that was New Order, or at least their early incarnation, while still retaining some of the pathos of Joy Division. As a Punk turned Techno, Everythings gone Green was a milestone also.

I have no idea where Barney got so many killer riffs and hooks from, right through their 30 year catalogue. It is a source of constant amazement to me, even after 30+ years.

Some very addictive guitar work in this track.. love it.
