Bully: Scholarship Edition - Help Gary

The final mission of Chapter 1, and it's a long one. This is the last we'll see of Gary for a while. He has a short cameo a little later in the game, but then it's not till the end that we see him again.

At the end of the fight with Russell I started edging back and forth at him because I was afraid he'd charge me and grab, but he didn't. I saw the humiliation icon and so I used that to knock him down.
