  • Who on earth let him shoot like that! Can't be by anyone qualified. Check Southern Counties for stray shots!

  • What you dont see is the guy, not the shooter, trying to zero in the rifle on almost every shot. Ray did get a few free shots as well.

Hoping to do a little better this Saturday 8th September.

  • He's left handed and it was at 300m.

The rifle was not zeroed in properly so he was lucky to hit anything.

If you think you could do better meet us a Bisley on September 8th, the next open day.

  • ah ok, well enjoy it while it lasts. And if you ever get the chance to go back to bisley do it because it completely different in a non-school environment :)

  • ai. Fettes College shooting team, I'm in U6 so this is probz the last time i'm going to Bisley.

  • I was in St. John's shootin team and finished in 2007, im at uni now. But Ill propbably be down at bisley this year yeah. You in a team?

  • hey are u in epsom's shooting team? going 2 bisley this yr?

  • long live bisley lol. Some of the best advice I ever heard was line up the sights perfectly without having to use any muscle power to bring the sight picture into line. Get down, test and adjust, then close your eyes and wiggle your supporting arm a little. open your eyes, and adjust your BODY POSITION (not your arms) if necessary. If you are all lined up when you open your eyes, VOILA! breath, squeeze, and watch those bulls come up time and time again.

  • Uhhh Learly Im Geting There :P TBH Its All Down To Lining Up The Rear Sight Fore Slight And The Target, Then Concentrate On The Fore Sight so the tartgets Blury then breathe in then out if it good all center blob or the round target in the center take the shot if not do the brathing again intill its all good, think of it whats the point even thinking of pulling that triger if every shot isnt in the 5 or V bull its just waisting ammo so you may aswel try your best and take it easy :D

  • wow 5 v-bulls on ur first shoot. impressive. I take it now you're regularly at 35.5/6/7???

  • Some Pepol Are Lucky And Are Naturals And Some Are Not And Have A Hard As Hell Job To Imporve You Will Get There, Shootings 90% Mental Atatude, My First Shoot Ever Was A 33.5 And I Never Had Under 30, Still 29 Is Not Bad If Its Out Of 35.7. Also Ask You Coach And Ask What Your Doing Rong Or What You Can Do.

  • Hey i was at bisley in 07. i'm pretty crap, score about 29's?? ish... do u guys have any tips??? my sling is ultra tight, barely move my left arm. I always breath out before each shot but can't seem to improve. Please help!!

  • Get him to use the sling properly and get in a good position - that will let him get a few shots on target. Then he will get more fun and satisfaction and you have a new shooter joining the shooting fraternity in this exciting an exacting sport which needs new faces. Straight Barrels!
