Ally McBeal was one of those rare shows that defined an era, and it's a shame it isn't given more recognition. How I miss it! Ally and Larry were one of television's legendary "couples." Thank you, Calista and Robert and David Kelly for giving us those memories.

Big respect to David E. Kelly who created Ally and the characters, and who wrote the script. Without him there would be no Ally McBeal. The man deserves a lot of credit.

I would love to see an Ally McBeal Reunion movie where Ally and Larry find each other again. They made the sweetest couple and it would have been great to see what would have happened . It was sad enough that Gil Bellows left the show for a higher paying gig and a starring role in the short lived TV series The Agency. They killed off his character because he didn't think he needed to return to Ally McBeal for any reason. But her love affair with Larry was far more fascinating to watch.
