Lieberman-Warner Global Warming Bill Is Bad for U.S. Economy

The Lieberman-Warner legislation is bad for the U.S. economy for these three reasons:

1. It's a huge new tax.
2. It will negatively impact the economy by lowering incomes.
3. And, it will establish a new trade bureaucracy.

If the economy is so "overtaxed" and "overregulated" (federal income tax is around just 30-40%, corporate tax is just 40%), why are we still able to get an average 3% annual GDP growth?? How come I see nothing about this on Bill O'Reilly's show, Neil Cavuto or MSNBC or CNN (except on Glenn Beck, I think he's the only one who talks about Global Warming at all).
