Poles Apart part 1

In 2004, eight Eastern European states joined the EU and since then there has been a huge number of Polish workers coming into the UK. With the help of Hants Media Hub and funding from Awards For All, the students of Testbourne Community School decided to make a short film, examining the Polish community in the UK. The students received training from Hants Media Hub in camera techniques, lighting skills and interview strategies before making the film. They then visited locations including a Polish bar & restaurant, schools and a local toddlers group, with the aim of gaining an insight into Polish people, their culture and issues that they face when coming to the UK.

@chadberry75 not true, i'm english, i work in the construction industry and i've had some right laughs with polish people at work, in 2008 when there was virtually no work on site i got a job in a kitchen and again the polish chef as well as one of the waitresses both had great attitudes and sense of humour. if by no sense of humour you mean they didn't laugh when you made fun of them for being foreign, (IF that was the case) well who can blame them!

For me its sad cause i like England, i got a lot of real friend in England but I dont blame you for hating Polish people- if you see a majority off people behaving like that you can think- "man, the whole Poland is country of dirty uncultured drinking bums" but its not like that, not all of us are like them. Im from Warsaw, I was born and raised in Warsaw and we got same problem about this fucking peasants in our city like you got in whole Britain. I was in England and i saw these Polish people that "invide" your country... the worst people living in our country came to Britain -alcoholics,no manners, rude,no respect to others and to their self , womans are cheep sluts...back in England i was so ashamed of Polish peopl that ive never said im from Poland...
