The racial implementation of this law has had a profoundly negative impact on Black and Latino communities even though whites and people of color use drugs at nearly the same rate. theres a place that some people call a clinic to get their drugs because they was caught and busted and went to trail, litttle to no time served and i see others filling the prisons up and these are two different races of people. I pass by this clinic every morning watching cars go in/out these people are driving themselves here to get their dose and then they are off to work. Lord this is crazy, they justify this. something is very wrong with this world and othres are behind bars.
