Hammercise

Hammercise is MC-Hammer inspired instructional exercise aerobics. We take the best from the 80's and 90s: music, fashion, and dance... and mash it up with aerobics moves, synchronized dance, acrobalance, and aerobics equipment. Gigi Malibu and Harry Fabulous, your spandex-clad Hammercise Instructors, believe it's not about what Hammercise has done for them, but what it can do for YOU!

Hammercise is 100% crowd participatory and 110% awesome! After we perform our choreographed number, we teach the audience a series of Hammercise dance moves and then everyone in the crowd synchronize dances to the infamous "Can't Touch This". Our philosophy is to encourage movement, playfulness, and laughter by bringing our performance entertainment to the masses. We blur the line between performer and audience member by making everyone a participant.

Gigi and Harry want to take their passion for Hammercise and stretch it's neon spandex message across to Europe. They believe everyone can benefit from more movement, playfulness, and laughter in their lives. Where else can you meet a group of total strangers on the street, dance with them, laugh with them, get a free workout, and be entertained? Hammercise is therapeutic for mind, body, and soul. Pure and simple. How rad would your day be if you ran into us on a street corner near you and you suddenly found yourself Hammercising?
