Houses have always been OVER PRICED. Just like here in Hot Ass Las Vegas with house made out of stucco and chicken wire. Where over 50,000 residents had to sue a plumbing company for faulty work. They won by the way. No house in Clark County, Nevada should cost over $120k period. THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT. There are far more negatives here than positives.
