rude woman bitching at me to get off my cell phone in perkins resturant in bradenton, fl. part 1

this woman tells me she didnt come to dinner to listen to me talk on my cell. granted i was talking at a normal tone and i was updating my sister on my brothers condition in the hospital? is that against the law. Is it any different if I was talking to the person i was sitting with at the same volume level?
