  • yeah i squat 225x5 ATG. deadlift 205x5 nd calf raises, play bball, nd have a pretty high vertical, yeah nothing for my legs

  • yo dude i do hanging leg raises but no ankle weights they dont burn any more should i use ankle weights now?

  • @mirzabihac if you want to gain muscle mass you have to do pull ups, chin ups using different grip variations. Also doing push ups in different positions like close, wide, regular, incline, decline, and doing clap push ups. If you want some work outs to get started on message me and i will try to help you as much as I can

  • @radical228 for biceps you should curl dumbbells. Do regular curls, hammer curls, and lighten the weight and do reverse curls. Pull ups and chin ups also help you get nice biceps with a lot of strength in them so try doing a few sets everyday.
