Sony Vegas Pro 11: Colored Sniper-Scope Effect

alex20productions is back with another original tutorial for you Vegas Pro 11 users. In this video, I will be showing you guys how to create a colored scope effect in Vegas Pro 11 specifically used for COD montages or any other video game montages. You can create this effect not only in Sony Vegas Pro 11, but Pro 8, 9 and 10 as well. For this effect, you only need two video tracks, the masking tool, and the color corrector plugins.

@NEProductionE All you do is go into each Crop Option of each mask and keyframe the zoom. Simple.

hey man, just to ask, why should we disable the resample?

@stebong06 If you set your preview quality to Best Full, and you browse through the individual frames of your video, you can see there's some time of ghosting or frame blending. Disabling the resample eliminates that and makes the quality a little sharper.
