From "watch with mother" 1953 this episode is called "the potato man". Flowerpot men voices by Peter Hawkins, who also did the voices of the Daleks in the 1960's Doctor Who series.

@CressidaTussaud Andy Pandy - I never knew it existed till I did my research and found they made a remake when I was 12 (2002). It sucked compared to the old episodes.
