No, it was directed by Al Adamson. In the mid 60s Al cranked out a bunch of flicks: scuzzy biker items ("Satan's Sadists," "Hell's Bloody Devils), Westerns ("Five Bloody Graves," "Jessi's Girls"), soft-core comedies ("The Naughty Stewardesses," "Blazing Stewardesses"), horror/sci-fi ("Horror of the Blood Monsters", "Brain of Blood," & "Nurse Sherri").

As has been commented, the irony of "life imitating art" at Spahn Ranch is quite amazing! For a second I thought I was watching Robert Hendrickson's documentary "Manson!" LOL!
