Bro, I been trying your flame technique but cant seem to visualize/locate the little black dot when the flame imprint dissapears... I see waves of purple light/energy almost like a birds eye view of a wavey ocean but i cant locate the dot! I am also a Gemini so i subconciously draw info and energy from outside sources but im struggling to make this conscious leap. U got any pointers??? or ideas about why I cant see the dot?

@Evoke2012 the dot is white . and i know from one gemini to another its hard for our zodiac more than others but we must calm the mind and absolutely think of nothing. in a dark room might help too. and dont have anything on. be completed secluded.the only thing in the room visible with 3rd density eyes is the flame and darkness. look at that shadow for a long time till its engrave in your corona. good luck

I just want to share this Unidentified experience, I don't know if I'm lucid dreaming or an out of body experience. I tried once again to astral project, when I'm into this sleeping phase, I knew that I'm sleeping already so Immediately go out into my body! I've felt some kind of (a little vibration) when I've opened my eyes I saw my self and the place where Im sleeping. I go out! the place is at (night time) It's 8am so it must be bright outside. I'm confused if im dreaming or lucid dreaming??

So I tried to astral project many times I manage to make my body sleep then I end up waking up in the morning not know how I fell asleep, what do I do after my body's asleep?

the only way you can die is if you have a heart condition and the excitement can cause a heart attack. the "cord" cannot be severed by any way.

@61989esham dying is a possibility in everything humans go thru. anxiety i s serious. but i would suggest you still do it but take it slow. by only doing what your body can handle.

@zoidberg96913 no cause there on a different vibration and even if you were on there vibration because of your 3rd dimensional body you'd be ripped apart by the vibration before you had a chance. Thats why when you astral project you can experience other vibrations. The cons of ap is your soul being lost in a void and your body becoming a veggie.

Do you know of other ways to ap which doesn't require putting yourself in a trance? I personaly don't like the idea of sending ppl off into the never never although I do find it quite funny... I don't like the idea of putting yourself into a trance that is taken over by your sub consiousness... iv done the candle trick... I used a light... what happened next was a trance like state... and then ap... but were you end up I wouldn't have a clue...

relaxation is important right? but i can't even relax my eyes, when i'm trying to relax them, they will open automatically and i have to force them to close... =.="
