Dribble with the inside and outside of the foot, alternating from your right to left while moving forward. After your inside touch with the right foot, push the ball in the same direction with the outside of your left. Next cut the ball back across your body with the inside of your left, and push it away with the outside of your right. Continue this pattern as you move across the 5 meter grid. When you reach the opposite side, turn around and continue back. The emphasis is on short, sharp touches, always under control. Your feet should be quick but there is no rush to move across the grid with speed.
