Croatia accommodation in Umag

House Petrina is situated 2 km from the center of city Umag in a very quiet position .Around are just the odher houses. In the house Petrina there are 3 apartments,apartment 4+2 (80m+ 2 balconys of 12m) the hugest one. Than on the same floor we have the other apartment 4+1 but much smaller but also with 2 balconys. In the above the apartments the balconys have a view one on the sea and the other on the garden. The third apartment is situated on the ground floor .
Each apartment has a aircondition and internet connection -flat rate. You will recive from us a cod connection for that. Every apartment has a separated entrance.
The sea is 200m from the house but the beach is 900m from the house because betwwen the sea and the house there are lots of olive tries which are closed inside and thats why we have to make a 900m to the house . We have a parking outside the house and also inside the house .
On the first beach the sea is very clean. You can come till the beach by car or you can go there by a bicicle ( we have alwasy some bicicles for our tourists) and thats all including into the price of the apartment.
So in the end what is including into the price of the apartment:
-tax for a tourism
-a bottle of wine
-a bottle of brandy
-our garden
-a summer kitchen
-bicicles( in the house there are always 4 bices which can take the tourists)
-a continental breakfast in the fridge
