@JakeExtremo I can't blame them really. Think about it, 1 slip up and it could be a 20 metre fall. And think if they break their neck or some other serious injury, how the hell would they get them down off the cell? I love hiac but I can't blame the wrestlers if they don't wana go on top of it.

its one of the last few good Hell in a Cell matches before WWF became WWE.. though, the last few WWE HIAC matches particularly Brock vs Undertaker, HHH vs HBK, and Undertaker vs Edge were worthy too, before WWE became too PG13...
