Off World Pt. 1 (a Blade Runner Remix)

This is about 90% composed with sounds taken from the Directors Cut of Blade Runner.

What you see here is the consolidation of 6 arrangements I made over the past week (2019 intro, Leon, Deckard + Bryant blimp funk, Pris & Sebastian [3x parts]). They consist of over 30+ different sounds and clips from the 1982 Motion Picture Feature Film "BLADE RUNNER" directed by Ridley Scott.

-Extraction examples-
Synths: Vangelis' keyboards (repitched, modified, overdriven etc.)
Bass: Off-World Blimp (repitched, equalized)
Kick: Opening title credits (volume adjusted and equalized)

It was an absolute blast remixing one of the greatest Sci-Fi films of all-time and re-arranging samples of analog synthesizers used by Vangelis in this brilliant electronic soundtrack. I learned recently that a Blade Runner 2 (prequel or sequel) might enter into production. This being one of my favorite Sci-Fi movies of all time, I immediately pulled 'one' of my Blade Runner dvds (directors cut I think) and ripped the first quarter of the movie.

This remix is almost entirerly PITCH beat synced.

Really great remix, favorite part music-wise is from 4:21. Poor Darryl injuring her arm over and over.
