Finale of a concert performed by Peter Hayward, back in the 1990's for the North Cornwall Organ & Keyboard Society, Launceston, UK. using a Hammond EX-800 (spinet) organ, kindly supplied by Tottles Music. On this final number, Peter shows you a theatre/electronic organ 'trick of the trade' - How to create the (approximate !!) sound of a Lancaster bomber flying low, using and manipulating just a handful of notes to create the illusion.

I just recently became a fan of organ music from listening to Pipe Dreams. This is just awesome--I can almost see those bombers coming in low and skipping the bombs into the dam! I love how Peter just makes this piece rollick along. If this doesn't get you moving, nothing will!! Bloody great work!!
