you do realize the lenovo has an expresscard slot, right?, your msi may have 3 usb ports, but no expresscard

I installed it on my emachines em350 with the N450 and vista actually runs faster than windows 7. (Both windows ultimate edition)

how do you know what exact drivers you need?
i mean which ones that need to be uploaded
i now have vista, but my mouse pad is minimal and having wifi trouble, thanks

Windows 7 works even better then Vista.... it's more lightweight

i have a S10e with 2gb, 250hd and runs win7 ultimate 32bits just perfect

x64 oses need a bit more ram, but thats a givin. i ran x64 windows 7 on 512mb of ram and it ran fine for basic everyday needs. i even gamed a little.

tri0xin, hi mate, are you using the original xp drivers to get vista working on the S10? i would like to put vista on mine now i got the 2gb ram upgrade for £14. looks like it runs great, aslong as all the original features are working, could you confirm this too? ie, wifi, bluetooth, multitouch, power modes etc etc. Thanks mate

Yeah, vista found most of the hardware, and what it didn't find the Xp drivers worked for. The only thing I didn't try work the touchpad drivers for multitouch.. just left it working the way it was

either the screen is not that good or it is a poor camera you are using. Looks more decent than the others though! But it's IBM! Sony comes first I'd say.
