I never noticed it before, but you're right. Reese would be perfect to play Madeline in a biopic. I don't know if she can sing but they could always dub Madeline's vocals if necessary.

Off the top of my head the only person I can see playing Kahn would be Hilary Swank. I know, it seems odd, because she does not look like her, but hair and makeup can do wonders and Swank has demonstrated throughout her career an ability to disappear inside the characters she plays. I don't know if she sings but they would probably dub that anyway; the last movie I can think of in which the star did her own singing was COAL MINER'S DAUGHTER.
