http://www.TripleThreatMuscle.com/ This is an awesome way to do natural/ partner glute ham raises. Normally these are quite difficult and uncomfortable to do. Not only that but you always have to rig something up to perform the exercise. The new Partner Glute Ham Raise by Legend Fitness solves all of these problems. It's also a great solution for those on a budget who can't afford a regular glute ham bench or those with space issues who might not be able to fit one.

Control the descent and then use your hands as little as possible in order to complete the positive portion of the rep. Start with sets of 5-8 reps and work your way up to being able to do them without hands.

  • Nice. Those absolutely kill, and I'd love to have a moveable pad like that (doing without now). Maybe a foam roller to sub into it?

  • If you overextend can you strain your hamstring?

    Just started doing these but without the foam cushion. My knees will love that addition!

    I'm going to try a rolled up yoga mat.
