@xxMRGRENADExx • Sorry buddy but Oorah IS DEFINITELY THE MARINES I know that for a fact. The army is Hooah, there is no r anywhere in the word. If an Army SM told you Oorah, then he has no business being in the military.

@MIAVice91 its not just for service its an rotc scholarship and yes they may use the same bill but the army has more money to spend on those kind of things like full scholarships
