15 Years of Transforming Lives

Positive Futures is a Northern Ireland charity for people with a learning disability. '15' is a special print and audio publication to mark our 15th anniversary.

It tells the story of 15 people whose lives have been transformed by Positive Futures' support and carries an endorsement of our work from UK Prime Minister David Cameron.
