Potluck are gearing up for the June 21st release date of their new studio album, Rhymes & Resin on Suburban Noize Records. For this album, they've pulled out all the stops and enlisted the help of Glasses Malone, Mister FAB, Murs, Slaine and Ill Bill to help create some sticky chemistry in the studio. Potluck are offering fans a glimpse of all the behind the scenes insanity as the group record thier new studio album in this new video blog series for BallerStatus.com, dubbed "The Making Of Rhymes & Resin."
In this debut episode, viewers get an inside look at how a song gets constructed from start to finish as Potluck work in the studio with James Boy early into the morning hours. 1 Ton later speaks out on the hip-hop police and how they try to control the genre, while fans get a taste of Murs and Mistah FAB guest appearances on the album, and Detroit's King Gordy drops by the studio to create a new pot smoking anthem.
